    A few weeks back they replaced my water pump assembly. When it came time for oil change, I noticed that the threads for the seal screws for the lower engine... cover were badly damaged. I knew right away that the service tech must have had their driver torque set too high. A simple mistake. So, I stopped to ask for some replacement screws. From the get go I was passed back and forth by service and parts. I mentioned that I didn't need brand new ones, used ones were ok. After that the service manager sat me down and approached me as if I was trying to steal. Belittling my concern, dismissive towards request for help, and just acting like a bully. After trying to make me feel like a criminal, he said he would check for some used ones and shunned me to the lobby. He came back with used screws and shooed me away. I can understand people being treated this way if they are trying to make them redo thousand dollars of work but, 7 screws?! Really? And in the end, I was given parts that would of been tossed anyway. So, I pretty much went there to be treated poorly for trash. Amazing... I'm sure the General Manager will read this and promote the guy :/

    We tried to purchase a used vehicle from this location. We wanted to purchase it with cash, but they wanted us to sign a Credit Report Request Form (something... about the Patriot Act and how were potential xxxxxxxxxx and whatnot). Turns out you DON'T have to fill out this form if you are paying cash, but if the price is more than 10k you need to fill out an 8300 Form from the IRS to report the transaction. (Bonus: personal check is not cash, cashier checks and money orders ARE cash, so unless you have actual dollar bills, don't "buy with cash" during a holiday when banks are closed). Needless to say George the desk manager walked out of the office without so much as a "have a good day" when I flat out said we weren't signing a Credit Report form. AND BY THE WAY, IT ISN'T FOOLING ANYBODY JUST BECAUSE YOU LITERALLY WRITE "NO CREDIT CHECK" ON THE FORM AND STILL ASK FOR OUR SIGNATURE. Come on guys, get it together. Oh, and Helio the salesman was nice.

    Start to finish we had a great experience with Pacific VW. We had our eye on a certified pre-owned vehicle there that we had found on cars.com, and went... in on a Saturday morning for a test drive with Aaron. We were still looking around at other cars and were short on time that day, so decided to come back to check out the same vehicle again on Tuesday morning. We were admittedly a little wishy washy (car buying is stressful!), but Aaron was awesome - he knew his stuff when it came to the vehicle and the warranties offered, he wasn't overly pushy with the sale, and was helpful, available, and patient with us throughout the entire process. We did have to wait for quite a while to meet with someone in finance after we signed the initial agreement (there was only one person working in that dept on Tuesday and another customer was ahead of us), but Berdj was extremely thorough with his explanations of various offerings and we felt very informed leaving his office. He even threw in a complimentary detail service for our extended wait, which was much appreciated! We drove our shiny new purchase off the lot that afternoon and are very satisfied with this car buying experience, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car!

    I did my research and offered a good price they came back with price for the wrong vehicle year which made the price $5.5k more than offered. the said... they would take off $2k and came back with a price $900 less, I pointed out there errors and they looked stupefied that Would question their data. Don't buy a used car here!!!

    They will abuse your trust and over charge you do not go there. They are very unprofessional. I drove off the lot with a missing hub cab that I paid... for and no one told me.

    Worked with Chris Estrada. Purchasing was very straighforward and had no issues while we were at the dealership. Process was very seamless and I was satisified.... Within the next month, I reached back out because I wanted to remove the GAP insurance from by contract because I found a better rate elsewhere. Took two emails and a few days of continuously calling the dealership over the course of nearly a month before I finally got ahold of their Finance Manager, Fred. To his defense, Fred was out on vacation. Understandable. But, it was frustrating that the other people I spoke with who said they would give him the message apparently did not, as Fred had no prior knowledge of my reaching out until I complained to their FB page. Also, when I spoke with Chris on the phone, it didn't seem like he remembered who I was, even after I gave him my name, and didn't ask or have any interest on how things were going with my purchase... I get this may not be a big deal to most people, but when I compare that to when I leased my Mercedes a few years ago, Mercedes was very attentive before, during AND after I finalized my lease, which is why I cannot give Pacific VW a full 5 star review. Nevertheless, I wouldn't necessarily let this prevent me from recommending Pacific VW in the future, I just wish the same level of attentiveness would have been present even after I made my purchase.
