This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Pacific Volkswagen and James was incredible to work with from start to finish. I bought my car from this dealer this year. I have gone back twice for some repairs that should be covered by the warranty. In both instances, I was told that it would take several days, even though it was a relatively simple thing. For example, the cooling of my front seats was not working. They told me it would take 3 days for only diagnosing it. I'm never going back to this service shop.
