Amazing customer service, warm friendly trust-worthy staff, would send anyone here. They made me an offer I could not refuse and made it impossible to need to go anywhere else. James was fantastic in sales and sales mgr Crystie Lucero was the best sales manager I've ever dealt with at any dealership. They are an amazing team!

I have purchase 3 vehicles in here but this time it was the worst. we did a deal for a 2022 GLI and when finance did the contract they change the price of the car i buy. also I did a trade in GTI 2015 wit 33023 miles they offer me 12.500 only credited 12.200 in the contrac they riased like 2500. to the car buy then our deal and pay me like 300 hundred less in my trade in now they have it on the lot for 20,000 its a shame how this people do bussines I wont recomend no body ever to this dealer. also you call leave messages they never call you back.

I bought a CPO (Certified PreOwned) from a different dealer. The windows didn't work so since this place is close to my house I thought of getting the work done here. The service guys took 4.5 hours to run the diagnostics and found the motor to be replaced, so they ordered the parts and I had to bring in the car again. They kept the car for 8.5 hours and the replaced the motor to know the regulator is not working and I would need to bring the car again. Also I forced them to check the other windows to since they sometime work and sometimes they don't but their diagnostics showed nothing wrong. Question is, can it really take 13 hours to get this result and go to a dealership 3 freaking times? Is that how bad VW is? Also this is the first dealer that expects you to go use their drop of service on way, yes one way. You can't come back to pick up your car I guess because of how much time they take to work on it.

Pacific Volkswagen are leaps and bounds beyond the rest. Everyone who works there is a real human being (not like the robots you meet at other dealerships). They are kind, honest, and eager to work with you, whatever your needs may be. The whole team made our buying process a pleasure, and I don't say that lightly. Buying a car is no fun, but everyone at Pacific Volkswagen (especially Jesus) made it simple and smooth (and dare I say even enjoyable). We are grateful to the whole team. Can't recommend them enough.

They aren’t advertising the mark up. I filled out everything online to buy the car and it tells me it’s avail but after they have my social, insurance and lic they tell me that it’s a $10k mark up. I feel I like that’s dishonest.

Christy or however you spell it told us we had approval and we we're good to go... then when it was time to get the paperwork filled out they said that our account got flagged for being an importer and exporter of cars... She told me to call VW credit to figure out the issue and I called them and they had no earthly idea what I was talking about... When I called back the dealership desk manager today said it's final and nothing I could do about it. I will never buy another car from these people. I would not advise anyone to even step foot in this place. I hope they see this review and figure out new management as the ones there right now are not able to comprehend how to run a business. Thank you for saving us our time and money and not giving it to a con artist. AGAIN DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM I WILL POST THIS ON EVERY WEBSITE I CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT.

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership! Sally, Chris, Estevan, and Byron you guys are the best! Got me into my new Atlas Cross Sport with no nonsense, and a fair deal overall and excellent experience! Thank you guys!

This customer service on the visit was very subpar. I waited by the car and finally went inside to find the service tech only to realize names aren’t very prominent and then someone approached me. Only one intermediate person? And then the service tech was just going through the motion for a paycheck. The visit was disappointing.

Service person David Troussaint very nice and pleasant. All work performed on time as promised. I appreciate the ride to dealership as I had no on else to help me that day.
