We purchased used BMW 3 series with sales consultant Icho Isaac from McGrath Acura of Morton Grove, IL Icho was very friendly, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He told us many interesting things about BMW we didn't know about. Price negotiations were straightforward, transparent and not pushy. We received very fair price. We had wonderful experience and would strongly recommend Icho Isaac and McGrath Acura as a person and place to buy a car.

Have been leasing vehicles with them for years; however,
Have been leasing vehicles with them for years; however, when I leased my new 2025 RDX they told me they “couldn’t find the key” and promised it Monday. Now Monday- I call them back multiple times and no response from either the salesman or the sales manager Rony. Producing a second key for any new vehicle is bare minimum which this dealership has failed to do for me. On top of that ghosting my calls when I inquire about the vehicle I’ve just leased.

Marco, Noonya and the rest of the crew at McGrath were great. No nonsense process, fair deal and a great car. That’s exactly what you want out of a car buying experience. I’d highly recommend them and I will def be back when it’s time for a new ride.
