We negotiated and shook on a price for a used Impreza
We negotiated and shook on a price for a used Impreza Thursday evening with Leo and Baker, but were told its inspection hadn't been finished yet, and the car would be held for us at that price. We said we would back either Saturday or Monday to finalize the deal, but were told today that the car been sold to someone else.

This dealership apparently doesn’t have the ability to sell cars online or process paperwork electronically or via FedEx for that matter! What is this, the 60s? Also, the lady that answered was not friendly whatsoever. I wouldn’t say rude, just definitely didn’t feel like a welcome customer whose business they wanted. Come join us in the 2000s! Amazing for an Acura dealership of all things. I’ve bought my last 3 cars online & was simply amazed at the lack of customer service or ability to work online or electronically in this day & age.

This dealership apparently doesn’t have the ability to sell cars online or process paperwork electronically or via FedEx for that matter! What is this, the 60s? Also, the lady that answered was not friendly whatsoever. I wouldn’t say rude, just definitely didn’t feel like a welcome customer whose business they wanted. Come join us in the 2000s! I purchased a used car here a month ago and paid for my
I purchased a used car here a month ago and paid for my registration at the dealership. They said they would send the plates and tags to my address and I still have not received them. I wanted an update on the status since it really shouldn't take that long, and upon calling I was forwarded to a disconnected number. I called again and told them it was disconnected, and they sent me to the same number. I've tried the online contact us and chat bots and never got a response. The buying process was fine, but the customer service afterwards isn't worth the headache, go elsewhere!

I really thought I'd be leaving a 5-star review on this
I really thought I'd be leaving a 5-star review on this place. Sadly, they're just a star or two better than most of the dealerships that can't even respect people that walk in their doors. On 8/3, my son and I worked with Nate who was heavily assisted by Rony, the sales manager. We really didn't negotiate because we felt we were getting a pretty good deal and paying cash didn't affect the price and we weren't buying into anything extra on a 10 yr old car. While I was given what seemed to be a legit reason to run my credit, a lot of people (including friends that work at dealerships) don't see why this was necessary if we paid cash. Whatever. It's a temporary dip. My son was able to drive the purchased car to get the final few thousand to pay in full. While on the drive, he noticed just a couple things with the car - one being cosmetic for sure that only required a screwdriver to fix. He couldn't locate Rony or Nate, but when he respectfully inquired on a quick fix since it's in his line of sight while driving, he was given a sarcastic 'not our problem' response by the finance guy. Respecting their busy Saturday, I emailed Nate and didn't expect a response until at least Tues. When I didn't get a response, I called Rony. He was NOT the same 'happy to help', 'we take pride in taking care of our customers', 'we're a family owned company that takes care of families' guy that fed us all the lines of comfort the day of the sale. I was a thorn but he agreed to have service take a look at things. I trusted that they would do right after paying $15,000 for the vehicle and that sending my son alone would go well. It did not. He drove nearly an hour only for them to take 10 minutes to look at a few things (that clearly takes longer) to be disrespected (as a young dumb kid) and unwilling to assist with the smallest things but told if he got video for evidence they'd take a better look. No thanks. Our mechanic took care of it - for nothing. Sure we didn't spend the ridiculous extra $5K on the extended warranty but, the money you could've made on MY next purchase and the few friends that are looking, that I WAS going to refer to you? You would've made more.... Would've. We will not be back. You price them well but you do not deliver what other McGrath dealerships do.
