very satisfied

Santiago Prosper did a very good job. He was very kind and knows what he is doing. You can tell he enjoys his job and will direct you properly. He will definitely be able to convince you that Acura is the best option for you. Would recommend him if you're going in to view a car!

Very Satisfied

Class a Service even after the Sale

I came in for service and still have a few questions about the Acura RDX Raul the Manager still took time out of his day to help me figure some more things out.

Horrible

Horrible.. first of all the internet sales representatives made false promise on call n text. When I reached to dealership they did not agreed to give me the discount offered on the call and provided me different price. I was fine with new pricing which is couple thousands more than I expected/offered. We finalized deal with new pricing provided at the dealership.After few documents signed with new agreed price and ran the credit for finance the vehicle, all of sudden dealership realized that they made mistake to provide price and decided to bump up the price by another 2.5k.. I never seen this in my life that dealer did not honored the price we agreed after sign documents and run the credit. They offered me different model ( was looking for hybrid and they offered non hybrid)to considered. I was still okay to work with them even though I could argue to get me the price offered.. Later they offered me same hybrid model again with different price because they do not have non hybrid which they asked me considered. I asked them to give me same price which we agreed but they decided not to standby on the price we all agreed. I do not suggest anyone to go to this place to buy new car unless if someone wanted to go through all these hassle and walk out without car like me.

Awful

Morton Grove McGrath Acura

My name isJohn F Wilkinson. On August 10 2019 I was lucky enough to buy a 2019 RDX from this dealership. The sales man name is Daniel Harrison. He was very professional to me and answered every one of my questions. He was so good to me and I explained what I was looking for in a automobile and my personal life as well. I purchase what I wanted and was so pleased with the final results. A new car. I hope who ever reads this just know that Morton Grove McGrath Acura listens to your situation and what your looking for. Two other gentlemen in finance were wonderful also. Excellent sales person

Rashad was great. One criticism of the dealership. On a Saturday afternoon you need more people on the business side to check you out. I sat around for almost two hours waiting to pay
