Our first Acura Purchase!

Noonya did a fantastic job getting us a great deal on our 2019 RDX, our first SUV purchase and first Acura. This vehicle had everything we wanted in anticipation for expanding our family, but also still being a fun ride. We keep our cars for a long time so going to car dealerships always feels a bit overwhelming, but Noonya and all the staff at Mcrgrath Morton Grove made us feel comfortable with our experience and our purchase. You can buy a car anywhere, but this place truly treats you like family. They even ordered dinner for their staff and waiting customers since their finance team was backed up on a busy day. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be back! Thank you for making this a seamless experience for us!!

Best experience ever in 40 years of buying/leasing cars

Absolutely no pressure to lease my new Acura TLX. Gave us what we wanted. Noonya is the best. No pressure and listened to us. Josh was great also in explaining the vehicle to us. Noonya went the extra distance to make sure our car was delivered to us without any issues.

Excellent experience

I absolutely love my 2019 RDX! The car is exactly what I was looking for, handles great and the technology and features are top notch! Everyone from sales staff , finance even service was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Jasmine knew all the features and was wonderful to work with. No pressure here , I felt that everyone wanted me to be comfortable with my choice not telling me what my choice should be. I am very appreciative for that! I highly recommend!

Awesome

Great customer service especially Keisha. Good explanation .. not pressuring customers to buy a car. Explained the features of the car and other things that are different from 2018 and 2019

Beware of the service department

The buying experience was ok but the service department is horrible! They lie. I was charged me for work that they never did and then had the nerve to advise me that I needed the same work done? Seriously? This department has soured me on Acura all together and I don’t think I’ll be buying another one

I've been looking for a truck for wrk for a while now. As I was about to give up hope and just say forget it then we found this truck and all the good vibes made the experience great and I'm sure il be back when we need another vehicle thank you again

Good experience

Everyone we interacted were pleasant and approachable. I appreciate everything they did and definitely look forward visiting them! Noonya was simply amazing! She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. I have been searching for a car for a couple months and have been to several different dealerships; none of them were as great as Noonya.
