Luxury & Imports Leavenworth

The car went in beginning of last week and it was suppose to of been done on Monday 22 April. But the car was completed on the 19th April. Not only does the car look tons better then when we bought it but they cleaned it inside/outside and buffed it. Luxiory and Import is not a rip off or have bad customer service as I saw in a review by another customer.

I just bought my second car from Luxury and I will keep coming back. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The process of buying a car didn't take long, they were very efficient. I can call anytime and they are pleasant and ready to help me. If you are looking for a great car take my advise and go to Luxury Great Job to All The Luxury Employees!

Sales team at Luxury and Imports was fantastic. Not pushy and were patient while I was making my decision and selection of a new car for me. They got me in a great car at a great price. I recommend them to anyone Soldiers or civilians in the area. Not only did they get me a great rate they were able to get the best rate from a great lender.

I previously purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer from here back in 2010 and never had any problems out of it the only problem was i purchased it with my EX husband so now that we are divorced i wanted to get his name off of my loan and start fresh, I walked back in here and talked to Buddah which was the same person I purchased my last vehicle from and he put me in a 2010 Chevy Malibu and I love it. Be very sure that once you purchase you vehicle here that you have everything (owners manual, any aftermarket upgrades, etc.) because once the deal is done and money is in their hands, they tend to forget you exist. I have been repeatedly ignored, phone calls not returned, and noticed a general lack motivation once I put a down payment on my new vehicle. It was not until one month later, after being given the old 'run around', I told them I'd return the vehicle with the keys to their lot and cancel my check that they got their stuff together. And don't get confused - my "demands" were not crazy. An owners manual, a title in a timely fashion, and a damned returned phone call once in a while is all I asked for - nothing to wild right? If I were to actually sit here and write out every complaint and disservice I received there this review would take 4 days to read so trust me, if you go here - make sure you leave with everything you want because later you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get it - let alone even be remembered by the sales team.

We bought my son his first car last month. This is the 2nd car we have purchased at Luxury & Imports and it certainly will not be the last. They are very friendly and upfront folks who do their best to lay out all the details of a deal on the table. No last minute 'sticker shock' or hidden prices. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon knowing what I was looking for, and the Tino (salesman) helped me out to perfection. I was nervous because this was my first buy on my own, and I felt no pressure. Next day I'm in a new car!
