I received excellent service from the moment I arrived

I received excellent service from the moment I arrived with my care and throughout the day I was informed how the service was moving forward. I had not paid attention to have my Kicks checked out as I was supposed to do but every single thing that needed changing, updating, fixing...everything and I as shown and again kept informed so that I could see what was being fixed on the car and how much that would cost. The young woman who created me and kept me informed all day was EXCELLENT. I was very happy to see that AutoNation was hiring women to be the people who greeted me and explained everything and constantly checked up on how the car was being worked on. This was a very smart thing that AutoNation in Miami has done, having women who know everything about the cars and services because they EXPLAIN things in ways that sometimes men pass over because they know too much but women like details and I appreciated the treatment I received.

Dealer responsive to honoring appointments, and accomodates last minute arrivals in order. I used discount coupons to save on service, but they're quick to find rules to void some savings. I had several repairs for which I had to make a second trip to get results. Something left loose, or unprogramed electronics. Immediate results should be forthcoming considering the price.
