I have purchased 2 cars from AutoNation.

I have purchased 2 cars from AutoNation. I will never buy a car from them again. I reached out to the GM and the GM for used cars regarding a concern that I had. Crickets. Car came with one key, and they would not help me get a second key nor would they reduce price to offset key. Overall poor experience.

Very professional staff and very good deals. The sales person had a great experience and knowledge about the car that I bought. The financing department was also easy to do business.

I feel I was deceived in regards to my purchase.

I feel I was deceived in regards to my purchase. Was told the vehicle was in minor collision when after purchasing vehicle, noticed in daylight that opposite side of car that was in colllision was offset. Now I’m being told this damage can’t be repaired by dealership. This is crazy and I would never buy another car from an Autonation dealer.

Dealer was very attentive.

Dealer was very attentive. Car seems very good, though it has a permeating smell of either mildew or old carpet which has been difficult to get out. Also, I would have preferred the chance to buy a more inexpensive car when I remarked at signing that, after all the fees, my monthly payment would be higher than I ever expected. I did not speak up enough, and, after, it was not possible to 'change' the car for other ones I found at Auto Nation that were less expensive and just as nice. My insurance will be higher also. A lot to keep in mind.
