First of, I want to thank and give a shout out to Evelyn Arteaga Velasco (RPR Coordinator). She was great help from the beginning to end of my service. I had to change my transmission and front axle. She was very helpful and understanding with my budget and what it would cost. She made getting my rental car extremely easy. Her attention to detail and overall customer service is one of the best I?ve experienced and Ive worked in customer service all my life. She has all the capacity to excel and climb the ladder for the company. I?m not sure the exact name but the mechanic Rey was helpful as well and helped me understand what my vehicle needed.

The team went out of their way literally to serve me.
The team went out of their way literally to serve me. I visited around the thanksgiving holiday and interrupted their celebration to be help. I felt terrible when I realized what was happening, but leaving could mean not coming back promptly and perhaps losing the opportunity to buy the car I had eyed. I can say that I stress tested their service commitment, and they passed with flying colors. Thank you Luis and the other team members that help in the process.
