Autonation Nissan Miami
While deciding between the Pembroke Pines Nissan location and the Nissan Miami location, I reviewed the Nissan Rogue and received a trade in estimation for my Sentra online, which was a smooth experience. I set up an appointment two Saturdays ago at 1pm with Manuel Ortega. I had the car in mind with the perfect price, I knew that it should be no longer than a three hour experience. I arrived at 12:45pm to seek out Manuel and was first told the car was didn't exist from a separate sales associate and later that it was not in the immediate lot and they needed to find it. If I had not set the appointment I could understand the inconvenience, but patiently we waited and even test drove a similar model until they located the car. A hour and a half later they found the car and once I saw it, I wanted to buy it. I loved the car, the CFS process was smooth and easy and I left with the price I wanted, I overpaid a little in the end with products, but I cant complain. After the hour process of signing the forms, Manuel the salesperson informed me that the car was getting cleaned and that gas was being put in the tank and to give them thirty minutes; This was at 4:30. I clocked it because my boyfriend and I hadn't eaten all day and informed Manuel that we were in a bit of a rush. Manuel proceeded to help another customer, which I understand the sales process but as I continued to ask how much longer he seemed to avoid us and at times disappeared from the sales floor. At 6pm the car was ready and as I transferred my belongings from one car to the next, I noticed the car did not have gas, even though he told his co-worker he filled it up personally. After they filled it with gas,I asked Manuel if he could place the temp tag on and if he had the second set of keys. His response was "That's gonna be as hard as finding the car, " and said he would have the key guy call me. It has been two weeks and I still haven't received my key. I was able to call Glenn today and get my second set that was on the premises within 30 minutes. Manuel was not attentive at all after the purchase and was even less helpful during the follow-up process. I love my car, but the experience outside of CFS was poor. Side note: Manuel texted me the key providers number and told me to set up my own appointment?! And when I requested Sirius XM that I thought was free for the first few months, he also told me to call myself and see what they can do. I have worked in sales and I have went above and beyond for my customers. That is not how you get someone to come back to your store, nor refer a friend.

Maintenance visit and issuse with keyless remote.
I was very satisfied with the service, making and appointment was easy and my vehicle was ready within an hour. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

Appointment for estimated mechanical work
My experience was disastrous. I arrived at 9:15 am for a mechanical evaluation of my car (for an estimate of the cost) and left unresolved at 4:20 pm. The person who took care of me (Rafael Marzo) was very friendly and professional, but the delay is a lack of respect with the client.

Great cars, reasonable price
It was a good experience, good cars, reasonable price, the process can take some time cause the software to complete all documentation is a bit slow but in general good experience.

If you are looking for a new Nissan this is the place. This is my second purchase with them.They have the better deals in town and great selection to choose from. My lease contract was about to expire and I went to renew it with a new car. The buying process was smooth with no hassle. Ask for Jairo, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service skills. He will help you beyond his capabilities.
