The hitch is folks filter searches based on price. I'd bet that most if not all assume the price is the cash price . . . which is very reasonable assumption if not assumption at all. I'll call it "bait and switch lite". Certainly calls your degree of trustworthiness into question. It's unfortunate that regular folks sacrifice their own morals to take advantage of other regular folks . . . for the benefit of those that don't need any more $.

Southtowne Collisio

This review comes with a customer satisfaction guarantee. I have been a part of the SouthTowne customer since 2007. The reason is that service advisor Larry Rooker is a 5-star general after all the years he has been in place. Directly across the street, at the Southtowne Collision, is another superb trendsetter of the masterplan and execution of sheer quality customer service, is body shop manager Ricky Spradlin. Unfortunately, down through the years, my household has encountered our share of accidents. We have found relief in the reassurance that our automobiles are in good hands and treated with the highest level of respect, right in the hands of Ricky. He has exuberated profound professionalism, goal-oriented focus, and an aimed-to-please zeal to get the job done. His most recent assignment with our son's automobile was restored to perfection. Kudos and confetti go out to Tina Law, the body shop administrator who is superb overall with her inviting voice and welcoming intentions of ensuring that Southtowne's stands to its credence of marketing customer service guarantee. Out of a scale 1-10, Ricky and Tina receives a 15! What are you waiting for? Drive into Southtowne for an amazing experience.
