I had an unfortunate experience with the sales process at

I had an unfortunate experience with the sales process at Southtowne recently. While my individual seller was communicative and on top of our deal, the dealership sold the vehicle that I was going to purchase the night prior to my appointment to sign the paperwork (my last exchange on the truck was around 7pm and then found out it had been sold next morning at 9am). This was very disappointing as we were very excited about the purchase. All potential customer should be aware that this dealership does not hold vehicles in any way (they won't take deposits) so you could be in the showroom signing paperwork and the not have the vehicle at the end of the signature! Other dealerships are willing and able to hold vehicles for a simple deposit (or none at all for more premium brands as I have personal experience with). Needless to say I'm doing business with another dealership for my purchase and I do not recommend working with this franchise. I would not trust this dealership's sales team.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful while we figured

Everyone was very friendly and helpful while we figured out which car would be best for our son. Jon was patient with us and worked well with my son to make sure he (my son) found the car that was the right fit. He even talked him through parking with the backup cameras - he treated my son like family and I am so thankful for that!!! Everything was great about this experience!

Just want to express the terrible experience I had at

Just want to express the terrible experience I had at this dealership. First Andrew (manager), we made the appointment for Saturday at 12:00. When I arrived he was gone for the day. After waiting 50 minutes finally we were able to sit down with a sales rep (Jamal). Unfortunately Jamal was less than helpful and cared more about visiting the food truck, than taking his time with us. I had two vehicles appraised for trade and was completely insulted by the "offers". I've purchased a lot of vehicles, including 4 GMCs over the years and this was the absolute worst experience at a GM dealership. I purchased a Yukon Denali today with another dealership who was very helpful.

I absolutely loved the service that my family and I

I absolutely loved the service that my family and I received from Riley. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about all that he spoke to us on and we felt very comfortable with working with him. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is or will be looking for a new car to visit Southtowne Newnan and work with Riley.

Sold me a CPO Corvette with almost bald tires and worn

Sold me a CPO Corvette with almost bald tires and worn brakes which were squealing the day I brought it home. Didn’t notice on test drive. Advised dealer of both issues the next day to which they replied the car is within specs. Have a nice day. Technically, the tread depth and brake pads were within CPO spec split at the very bare minimum. If you buy a car here expect to get the bare minimum and nothing more. I take responsibility for not catching this, but paying upwards of 70 K for a vehicle I would not expect to have to.

I recently purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 that I was

I recently purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 that I was told was a "new" truck that was used as a demo and loaner. I asked if the truck would be titled as "New" and was told yes. We even filled out the paperwork for a title showing "New" and not "Used". Not knowing how dealerships handle demonstrators and loaners, I took them at their word. The title took longer than expected to arrive (45 days) and when we did finally get it, the title shows that the truck had a previous GA title issued and was a "USED" truck and not "NEW". I was not happy about that and to make matters worse, the new car odor disappeared with the title arrival and the "new" (using the worse slanderously) truck wrecked with cigarette odor that I am allergic. Obviously, they had used some kind of deodorizer that wore off. I really liked my salesman and was treated well when buying the truck but I can't say that I now feel that they were dealing with me honestly and upfront. Also, we asked for the truck to be titled in both my name and my wife's name so in the event something happens to one of us we can avoid probate court and they did the paperwork for that for us but the title came back with only one name. So they got us on that too. I do not recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a demo or loaner unit - and beware when buying new or use from them.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned Corvette, not a cheap car by

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned Corvette, not a cheap car by any means. Got it home and saw the tires were barely in spec enough to be considered acceptable for a CPO, and the brakes squeak like there's no tomorrow. They told me its "glazing" and to do a few hard stops to clear it. I've driven the car in Atlanta traffic for a month, believe me, I've braked hard in it. I will forever hate this car and this dealership for selling something as a CPO is such poor condition. Every time I stop and hear this squealing, I will be reminded of this transaction. I assume responsibility for accepting the car in this condition. Since it was a CPO and an expensive car, that it would have exceeded the bar minimum.

Peter Nadaud made the experience from beginning to end an awesome experience. Out of all my vehicle buying experiences if I could only work with Peter I would do it every time. He not only got us in and out quickly but was able to cover all the points I had questions about without fail. Definitely will recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
