Dave was easy and outstanding to work with on this purchase that was made over phone / email. Very responsive and he easily out-worked other potential dealerships that had similar vehicles I was considering

The dealership is solid.

The dealership is solid. But the reason I stay here is because of the service center. I have worked with good people in the past but my most recent help from Garret has been exceptional. He went out of his way to take care of the small things for me.

Ken Garff Mercedes brakes things instead of fixing them.

Ken Garff Mercedes brakes things instead of fixing them. The past three times I came in for service, the vehicle entered with no issues and left with costly repairs. First time was a dead battery. Second was a broken windshield washer dispenser and most recently was a broken air conditioner. I’m done with Ken Garff and Mercedes. Bought a Tesla.

I can honestly say buying a used car through Mercedes

I can honestly say buying a used car through Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake City was the best experience I’ve had buying a car through a dealership. All the employees were great to work with. The salesman was the absolute best. The price was good and working out the details was an enjoyable experience. You can easily tell that they value their customers. I will definitely consider them first on my next purchase.
