Last year my truck was in for a warranty claim to replace

Last year my truck was in for a warranty claim to replace cracked exhaust manifolds. Since that time I've had an exhaust leak a little farther back before the muffler. Since I live 45 minutes away, I didn't make a special trip for the repair. When I called for a new recall notice, I asked to have the oil changed, tires rotated and the exhaust leak fixed. I was told that even though they had taken my exhaust apart last year, this was not covered and would cost me an additional $260. I then informed them that they should only do the recall work. When I picked up the truck, I was informed that they did the oil and tires anyhow and I had a bill to pay. It wasn't worth an arguement so I paid it and left without visiting the sales lot which was part of my original plan.

Listened well, personable, very easy to reach by email

Listened well, personable, very easy to reach by email and a quick response, and good follow up. Interior of car was spotless. We had looked earlier in the day at another dealer regarding another vehicle but didn’t like the process nor the person we were dealing with. On a whim on the way home we stopped in…..our vehicle had just been removed from the truck a few hours before and while we weren’t looking to buy that day, it was exactly what we wanted down to the color and accessory package! I feel comfortable giving Julie Gordon 5/5 star rating!!
