I received a coupon for oil change and tire rotation the
I received a coupon for oil change and tire rotation the day after I was there, I called to see if I could redeem this coupon but was informed on the next service. I was hoping to receive from my visit as it was 260.00 as I opted to replace a few filters.

I went in 90% sure what the issues were.
I went in 90% sure what the issues were. I was charged 215$ just for the diagnosis. After the diagnosis the quote was about 1/3 of the price I paid for the vehicle to include a part that was not broken but they informed me they were afraid of breaking the part during the repair. I don’t quite understand how I would need to pay for something THEY MAY break. I found another mechanic shop that gave me a quote for 4,100$ less than Chrysler World’s quote for the same work.
