Cost me an extra $4,000+ on my new Bronco because they wouldn't allow the transfer of delivery to a dealership where I now live. Had to purchase a plane ticket, pay an additional 3% in sales tax, and then pay for my own transport truck to ship my new vehicle across the country... When asked if they could throw in any accessories they said they would give me 50% off if I gave them a positive review. Avoid this place.

Very disappointed that Ford will not take take of the dreaded PowerShift transmission problem on my 2014 Ford Focus. I bought this Focus in 2017 from Bellevue Ford not knowing of the then known design flaw, and was never notified about the 100k, 7 years grace period extension. My 2014 Focus is now at 94k, but as it is at 7 years, apparently I will not be taken care of even though I bought the Focus in 2017 when Ford knew of this issue.
