I highly recommend Nalley Honda of Union City!! The overall experience was AMAZING!! If you’re ever in Union City, please stop by and see Andre! He’s the absolute BEST salesman I’ve encountered in my 26 years of life! He is all about making the customer happy. He goes above and beyond for his customers! I.questioneed the necessity of replacing my radar sensor and asked to see the broken parts.. Unfortunately, they were thrown away. nd they ultimately did the right thing by adjusting the price as a compromise. Satisfied with the result.

Horrible service sent me back on my 50min drive
I had called in before making this 50 minutes drive to this dealership about a SRS light on which I thought was related to the airbag work done on this car couple months back by the old owner. I was told on call by their call center person/service advisor that they need to check it first I told them how far they were and she said not to worry they can’t tell what’s the reason for the light unless they check it and I was told I have to come to the this Union city Honda dealership which is 50 minutes from where I am, so I went ahead and set up an appointment but when I got here the service advisor told me this light has nothing to do with work done on the car and it needs to be checked for what other reasons this may be on but I will have to pay for it and I told him I was told they will check it first if this was the case that these lights have nothing to do with recall work done on these Honda pilots then why the lady did not tell me that over the phone when she pulled up my whole car history using my vin. Very disappointed in this dealership they made me drive all the way just to send me back without anything being done I demanded for an service manager and waited 10min just to be told I have to wait 15-20min more because he’s on “break”. This dealerships service advisors and their managers are a joke. The managers name is Rob Bolwin Pls get your customers the right information

The reception we received was exceptional, particularly from Mr. Rahman. We visited a number of different dealerships and Nalley Honda is the best overall. Customer service is top-notch. Thank you for observing mitigation measures during this COVID-19 pandemic. We felt more at ease when the people we came in contact with wore their masks and practiced social distancing.
