This was my first time buying a GMC and buying from Bergeys. My salesman Scott DeMent did a gteat job helping me find a used yukon xl which met my needs at a time when its not easy to find a used yukon xl. Thanks again Scott.

Great quick experience.

In and out for service. They had parts ordered ahead and installed in a jiffy. Would recommend to everyone. A must shop dealer. A bit out on my area but worth the drive.

Great service at a great price

Picked up an unexpected nail in my tire. Dropped vehicle off after closing Thursday evening. Without appointment got car back Friday as good as new. As always great service at a great price.

Went to Bergey's looking for a used vehicle which we saw online.. Met with Walter McGinty who promptly showed us what we asked to see, without delay. All questions were answered and requests were processed. Next business day, the car was ready for us and Walter went the extra mile in making sure everything was taken care of. Despite the cold weather, Walter made sure we knew the ins and outs of the somewhat complicated amenities the car had to offer. A.B. is the person you want to take care of the warranty work. Added stuff dumped on his lap at the last minute and he went through it like it was not a problem at all. Communication between the departments was like clock work. Going to a car dealer USED to be the last thing I wanted to do. These guys turned that all around. Nice going Walter and A.B.

Tried to sell me a vehicle for $28, 000 when they looked...

Tried to sell me a vehicle for $28, 000 when they looked it over found out there was a problem with the motor the discounted it and I did research on the vehicle for that problem it was going to cost $8,000 to repair I told them about it and asked if they could do a little bit better on the price and they ripped the vehicle off their sales lot and sent it to auction instead of negotiating a price for them to sell it never said the vehicle needed a new motor was blown but tried to sell it for top dollar I will never go back there again

Drove 2 hours to look at a Yukon. I called to confirm...

Drove 2 hours to look at a Yukon. I called to confirm before I left work early to see if it was still available. When I get to the dealer, they said it was already sold that morning. Why would they tell me it was available and have me drive 2 hours? Salesman thought it was comical the lack of communication. He tried selling me another vehicle but when he went for those keys, it was also sold. What a circus. Don't waste your time with this poorly run business
