these guys are terrific. after an uninspiring 1st visit i received a follow up phone call from alex. over the next few weeks we texted and talked many times. I wanted to return to the dealership a few weeks later but alex told me he was gone for the weekend. he referred me to aime who also was terrific. we purchased a car and took delivery a few days later. upon final inspection we noticed a few minor details that we missed during the buying process. again, alex and the dealership stepped up and took care of the issue to my complete satisfaction. i would recommend these guys to everyone. they have really made my car buying experience enjoyable.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Alex was my salesman and he was not "low" pressure he was "no" pressure. Very professional, knowledgeable, and disarming. His goal, as well as Dillon's was to make sure I was comfortable with my decision, it was all about "me" not "them". All members of the staff were friendly and approachable. I literally felt like I had know them forever. Very nice clean showroom . Anyone i know looking for a used high-end car, I will recommend Auto Web Expo...Can't say enough good things about this business and staff.

I bought my BMW 135i from auto web expo last year. Yesterday I had a warning light come on, I called Classic BMW and after three transfer calls I got a voice mail. I took my car back to Auto Web and dillon and his staff were so helpful they took care of my car in about five minutes at no charge. That's what great customer service is all about. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by and see the staff at Auto Web Expo.

Great atmosphere, beautiful facility, energetice environment. The salesperson was honest about the vehicle I was purchasing, explained their process in detail and never bullied me into what they thought I wanted instead they were patient with me since I was so indecisive. Their finance department worked really hard to get me a good rate and get me into my dream car which I thought was impossible after my divorce. I have been taken my mercedes to them for the past year to get serviced and it feels like new everytime I get it back washed and smelling great! Because of their integrity, pride, and amazing customer service this company will thrive...
