Todd was the only person that helped us out during our purchase. Friendly, very helpful throughout the process. Maryam also helped out. Unfortunately that was all we got help with. Fatima was never able to be reached who sold us the vehicle and yet is the sales manager so that speaks volume. I had an inconvenience with the whole sales team in regards to a tire that was supposedly replaced brand new prior before picking it up. I took it to the Ford dealership and was advised I had a bad rear passenger tire. I called that same day and let them know about the situation and see if they could help us out since it was supposedly replaced new. I was told I would be receiving a phone call, but never did that day. I called the next day and was given the run around once again. Tomorrow marks a week about this situation and yet have not been contacted. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and yet they let me down for a simple tire fix. It’s sad to see a big nice dealership have that kind of low quality service. I gave them a chance, but yet failed to help out a customer. I could have easily replaced the tire myself, but thought since they replaced it brand new they could have easily replaced it and made it right. If I could give zero stars I would. Todd is the only exception to this situation.

Ali went above and beyond to help me get into my first vehicle. Him and his team did excellent work. Will definitely come back.

Ali and Auto Web were a pleasure to work with. Ali is upfront and worked with me to get a solid deal on a hard to find Camaro. Him and the team there are no pressure type people who care about the customer. Will def return there with my next car purchase.

I am seriously disgusted with how this place has treated my sister! When she left the parking lot with her new SUV, the backup screen wouldn’t turn on. So she turned around and immediately took it back not even an hour later. That was 3 MONTHS AGO, and her new car is still sitting at Auto Web Expo with no estimated time of when they are going to have it repaired! They keep giving her the run around, tons of excuses. She’s on her 2nd loaner car from them. They told her yesterday they would finally be getting the part from Ft Worth today and she could finally pick up her car today. Well, they never called her today to come get it! It is absolutely infuriating to see her be so excited for a new car, just to have it crushed by these sleezeballs at this car lot! As someone who has years experience in customer service, the disregard and lack of communication this place has for their customers is flabbergasting and a down right shame! This place puts the stereotype car salesman front and center! I hope you guys make this situation right by my sister, or I can let my 6K followers in a popular Facebook group I run continue these reviews for me, K? MAKE IT RIGHT! In fact, go ahead and offer her a new car option. 😡😡😡😤🤬
