When looking for a vehicle out of state, I couldn't recommend a better salesman than Ali. He was very knowledgeable regarding all the steps one would need in order to ship and register in PA! Ali was prompt in our all interactions when questions did arise.

Took advantage of my wife. Buyer Beware!

Auto Web Expo Plano really took advantage of my wife in multiple shady used car dealership ways when selling her a used Land Rover Velar. Buyer Beware! First, I called them on the phone (from out of state) to ask for the total price, but the price they quoted didn't include their prep and document fees, which is a common trick of unscrupulous dealerships. Plus, they rolled in the tag, title, and tax into the financing without disclosing. Another trick. By the time these issues were revealed while signing the paperwork, exhaustion had already set in. Another shady dealership tactic. Second, a few days after the sale, my wife noticed a long spider shaped crack in the bottom of her windshield. They claimed they would investigate with their prep department to see if the crack was noticed before the vehicle was sold. After a week of avoiding us, they finally stated the crack must have occurred after she purchased the vehicle! Auto Web Expo doesn't stand behind their vehicles. Buyer Beware! Third, the low tire pressure and washer fluid warning lights kept coming on. A trip to the Plano Land Rover dealership revealed the vehicle had a nail(!) in the driver's side tire and leaves(!) in the air filter compartment. Auto Web Expo had clearly not performed any "prep" on the vehicle other than to make it look clean and shiny for sale. They obviously don't check their vehicles, so you should have your own independent mechanic thoroughly inspect Auto Web Expo's vehicles before you purchase. Now, nearly one month later, we discover Auto Web Expo Plano had set the finance term to 60 months instead of the 48 months we *adamantly* specified at the paperwork signing! I asked for a copy of the singed paperwork, but never received it. Now, I have to call them again, to see if they will fix this issue or screw us over again. Carefully review any paperwork you sign with Auto Web Expo. Better yet, avoid Auto Web Expo and purchase from a reputable dealership. We had a much better experience a few years ago with Carvana.

Ali was amazing.

Ali was amazing. He did not put any pressure on us and was very patient, which is wha every car salesman should be. I had to test out a few cars to see which one I liked, and he was willing fo give me as much time as I want. Would probably come to him again to purchase another vehicle.
