I've purchased 2 cars from Auto Web Expo now, and I've had a good experience both times. Purchasing my car was quick, easy, and came at a great price. Aside from some very mild sticker shock (which was settled very quickly and professionally -- seemed to be an honest mistake on the dealer's behalf), the whole car purchasing process was pleasant.

We purchased a used Ford Transit Connect van from Auto Web Expo on August 31st, 2024, and our experience has been incredibly frustrating. They agreed to make several repairs under a signed "We Owe" document, including fixing the airbag sensor module, rear seatbelts, driver-side headlight, hood latch, and air filter box. It’s been nearly a month now, and the dealership has not followed through on the promised repairs. Each week (if we get any communication at all), they’ve told us that parts are on the way and the vehicle would be ready by the end of the week, but it’s always the same excuse with no progress. It’s been a massive waste of time and energy trying to get a straight answer or resolution. Additionally, when we were initially negotiating the purchase, they tried to tack on thousands of dollars in extra fees that weren’t advertised. We had to fight to get those removed, which felt dishonest from the start. Auto Web Expo has not proven themselves to be reliable or trustworthy, and I can’t recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and smooth car-buying experience.
