Amazing Service

Aime Cruz was so professional and friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our car buying experience! Auto Web has a HUGE selection of late model Mercedes and we will enjoy the benefits of the car service they have to offer in the future. So glad we found them!

PLEASE READ

After reading several reviews, i felt compelled to share my experience just in case it helps 1 PERSON. Purchased a car 3 weeks ago. Agreed on the final price via phone/text. Got it on PHONE IN WRITING. Went in for paper work and had a bunch of paper work to sign; with the salesman summarizing the content and having me initial. While discussing my payment options with my lendor, i realized none of my down payment was applied towards the principal. I then requested my contract to which i almost had a heart attack. The listed price on my contract is not what we had agreed on. The car was listed at 30500.. and we had agreed on 29000 verbally and via text messages. my contract had the listed price. The sales person had mentioned that was with tax but going through my contract i am charged another 15001...for tax so that is some lying right there. Second, this is a 2018 car and i had agreed on an extended warrantee which was an extra $1400 to which i agreed to. looking on the contract, another $4500 is listed to which i have no knowledge of. I called auto web to get clarification and was told that it came as a package and i couldnt take just one to which i knew nothing of. First, i felt scammed because auto webb lied on their contract. Not sure who i spoke to but he identified himself as a manager and told me that the person who concluded my sales was home sick with covid and i had to wait until monday or deal with it since i signed a contract with that sales person and not him. I dont wanna go on but PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT. READ THE FINE LINES. DONT MAKE ANYONE RUSH YOU. WE HAVE SCAMMERS OUT HERE. I WILL BE GOING THERE MONDAY TO FOLLOW UP AND CANCEL CONTRACT ON THE WARRANTEE BUT I WILL LIKE AN EXPLANATION ON HOW A DIFFERENT AMOUNT WAS LISTED AS SALES PRICE THAN WHAT WE HAD AGREED ON. I WILL BE POSTING A FOLLOW UP

The experience at AWE was smooth and swift. Great service!

Wow! I did not know that this dealership even existed. After looking online and found what I was looking for, from the time I arrived on the lot, to the time I rode off, I was impressed. It was a place I knew I wanted to establish a relationship with. Thanks Ali!!!

Worst Experience

How do you sell a car from underneath a customer? And before that, they lie to me about the car. Why do you put "new" tires on a car, yet they are extremely cheap tires and they place them on a MB? They say they will call you back, yet they didn't. On top of that, they place a cleaning fee on the car. What the xxxx is that? I expect it to be listed in the price, not an add on at the end of the process. Thank goodness I didn't buy from them.

First Time Great Experience

This was our first experience working with Auto Web Expo and I must say it was a great experience. Ali was a pleasure to work with and made the whole buying experience. When the car we wanted was not available for us to test drive he arranged another time and brought the car to us. Great customer service!!!!
