I think the title says it all. What I liked the most about Ali and the other staff I was in contact with was the great communications. No call went unanswered, no text unread. Ali was highly knowledgeable and trustworthy when I spoke to him about my car purchase. What struck me about Ali was I never felt rushed or pressured; he was very attentive to my needs and any concerns I may have had. When a question did arise he answered them accurately and quickly. I was very pleased when the final price was exactly as negotiated with no last minute surprises or hidden fees, and all of this was done while I was serving in a deployed location over-seas for the U.S. military. Ali arranged all the required paperwork for me and to my relief he even happily helped me with the shipment of my vehicle in another state for a very reasonable cost. If there is an Oscar for Deceptive Trade Practice, it should go to Autoweb Expo in Carrollton TX; this company is totally deceptive. If you have to, do not file a credit application with Autoweb Expo; they will lie that you have to, even if you already come prepared with your own financing. They also sell you Service Contracts on components that are already defective, thus defrauding the Service Contract company. The Service Contracts are not worth the papers. They assumed that you must be an idiot when you come to their Dealership, hence you are treated like an idiot. The owner's moral is totally defective. DO NOT EVEN SHOW UP in their dealership and do not buy from AUTOWEB EXPO. For example, they will sell you Service Contract on wheels, knowing that the wheel is already scratched, and dents, knowing that the car is already dented. When you attempt to cancel the Service Contract within the 30 days, they will use all the tricks in the book to avoid you. They don't even inspect nor register the car as mandated by the state, even after paying for those services on the contract ; and they don't tell you what to do when they fail their duties to inspect and register the car. I award Autoweb Expo the Oscar for Deceptive Trade Practice(DTP) and the Nobel price for Frauds.

Auto web express took the hassle out of car buying. Ali and Chad we're very nice knowledgeable salesmen and financing was a breeze. My car is protected with an appearance package I didn't know was available. I highly recommend Auto web expo
