This was the first time I purchased a car from a dealership, and I had always heard of horror stories involving dealers who try to sell their inventory at any cost, so I was leery going in. I had done my research on the car I was interested in, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the car exactly as the ad described. My salesperson was Joy (truly a JOY to work with) and she had the car all ready for me when I arrived to take it for a test drive. I am a car guy, and I was allowed to look all around the car and ask my questions. Joy answered the questions she could, and sought answers from others if she did not know the answer. When it came time do purchase the car, I was not rushed in my decision, and by the time I decided to move forward with the sale, I was completely comfortable. All of the cars features were well explained, and I left the dealership feeling informed rather than confused, which was a true blessing. When I returned to pay and pick up the car, Joy had the car fueled and detailed for me. Also, when I signed all the paperwork involved in the purchase, each fee and document requiring a signature was explained so I knew exactly what was transpiring. For a first purchase from a dealership, it was a fantastic experience, and I will try to stay in touch with the staff as they made me feel like a dear friend.

The team I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I needed a specific range for my car payment and they went above and beyond.

Ali was my sales guy. Very nice and answered all questions. Only issue with purchase was the mileage listed on the web site was wrong. The car had 5,000 more than actually listed. Also the purchase numbers are not sorted out. Meaning the warranty being included or not makes a big difference on your payment. I would prefer everything written down on the contract. After everything I love the car and would consider this dealership again.

I got a BMW 435i.Good service overall and Ali was very helpful and honest. Ali also explained to me all the features of the car i purchased and the whole process was pretty efficient.

My day started with my car being declared dead. I did browse around for information but the most professional and nicest came from this dealership. Joy Green really saved my day and was the sweetest person. She was the reason I made the decision to give this place my business.
