I have been trying to buy a car, and I-request form for finance and completed 2/3 of them ,there have been stating to send me video pics and i have Ben chatting on one open text with 2/3 different person No one is on the same page, I have need talking to victor and Phillip and who knows . And after two days silence did not get any phone call I ask them what going on and there tell me there was waiting for me: (what going one is very very fishy Car was over price try to talk about not one want to Talk about, horrible service. I was said there will open to all my questions still waiting • And few hours later there have tell me where was my info but I find out there have look in my credit I am talling you is fishy he was about a 2016 tesla and look like is some other peoples who have conplaint about the product and the same peoples ,stay away form there big recommandation

This salesperson tried to sell me an overpriced 2016 Tesla Model X with a cracked main screen. When I asked for a discount because of the cost to replace it, they insult me by inflating the price with something called, "Dealer Prep" just under the cost of my trade in of $3,000 then say to me they will take $1,000 off that cost for the screen and further insult me by asking to run my credit to offer me better financing when I walked in the store with my own financing approval. The original 2016 Model X (black in color) I came to see had a dead battery. So, the final numbers came to a price over the original price as if there was no trade in and no screen discount. How insulting. My wife and I left, went to another dealer who worked with us to get us the car we wanted at a great price.
