I like the availability of the loaner car service. This helps me with a mode of transportation to and from work, while my car is being worked on. Per the usual, the service is always exemplary and the staff is always friendly.

Great Service
We were coming into town from out of town and had a very short window to get our car looked at and repaired. The service dept did an excellent job fixing the car and getting it back to us within our timeframe. The loaner car was like new and very much appreciated. Thanks to Matt for taking care of us!

Our infinitely Has been at the dealership waiting for a warranty repair, service manager has not reached out to Us for five days has gone by. He’s on vacation for the next week I’m call and only getting the receptionist. Poor planning bad customer service. This place absolutely sucks
