60,000 Mile Check Up
Friendly staff. Matt Mabe has always been someone I feel like I can trust. I have been coming to your dealership since I moved from California in 2006 and would not take my two INFINITIS anywhere else. My 2001 OX4 was bought at your dealership and my husband purchased it in 2006 with 80,000 miles. It currently has almost 300,000 miles with all work, even oil changes, being done you Modern INFINITI. I believe this shows what a great job you have done to help keep my QX4 going strong.

Excellent customer experience
I was in a drastic pinch of a situation last week when a seal failed on my vehicle. And stopped in to simply have the issue checked to figure out how bad it was and throughout the process I could that took place; I could not have tailored a better interaction myself. Prompt greeting, prompt service, and upon finding out the issue(s) a Matt, and the technician Tyler both made magic happen to get me setup for having my car fixed as well as providing me a mode of transportation while being serviced. I honestly could not be happier with the experience I had. And I thank you both.
