Rob went out of his way to transfer a pre-owned vehicle from another Modern dealership to his store in Greensboro (a location much more convenience for me). Thank you to Modern Infiniti Greensboro for a wonderful buying experience.

    This is my very first car I purchased on my own.. with the guidance of my parents. Mark Close was very approachable, and guaranteed me of things being fixed before I even had to mention them. There was no sales pressure, and the process was smooth. When my parents came to look at the vehicle they were offered water and the staff was very accommodating. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I walked away feeling I made a good decision getting my first car from this company. Thanks very much.

    I cannot begin to explain the hurt and disappointment I am feeling after leaving Modern Infiniti of Greensboro today. My plan was to purchase myself a car for Christmas. I have owned an Infiniti for nine years. I love Infiniti, what it stands for and its customer service. I located an Infiniti M37 on the Modern Infiniti of Winston-Salem's website. I spoke to Mark before Christmas and arranged to come in the day after Christmas to test drive the car. From the pictures, I knew the car would be a perfect Christmas gift for myself. I drove four hours to see the vehicle. When I was 1.5 hours away, I contacted Mark to let him know that I was on my way to Winston-Salem to see the car. He notified me that the car was in Greensboro, not Winston-Salem, although the website stated the car was located in Winston-Salem...first red flag. I saw the car, fell in love with it and knew that I wanted to buy it. However, there was something white smudged at the bottom of the driver's door. Mark took the car to see if it could be removed and was told it couldn't. That was not his fault and I understood. What bothered me was how dismissive he was towards my father and I. I told him that I was still interested in the car and to let me know if the marking could be removed. He did not offer to show me another car, nor did he respond to my request to be contacted if the marking was removed. I'm not sure if his dismissive behavior was because someone else was already scheduled to purchase the car, or if he has already met his quota for the month. Clearly, he was not interested in assisting me with purchasing a vehicle. My 70+ year old father and I drove 4 hours to spend 15 minutes at a dealership to see a dismissive salesman. I wrote Infiniti a letter last month commending them on their customer service, so I know this is not the Infiniti way. I entered a luxury dealership full of hope and left feeling like I experienced a low-end dealership. This does not change my view of Infiniti and I will spend the rest of the week searching for a salesman who is interested in selling me an Infiniti M37.
