Great service...not pushy

Shawn went out of his way to get us the car we wanted.found the edge we wanted. Picked me up at home to get the car .explained everything in detail..

Great service, Provided details about product

While purchasing my 2015 F-150, the staff was helpful and honest about answering any questions I had. Great service on a great car.

The staff are always pleasant, and explain what service is being done and why. This visit was for recalls and 30,000 mile service to my 2013 C-max. I haven't been one to have cars serviced at a dealership in the past, but since I have been able to have routine service (oil changes, tire rotations) done at the same time as recalls, it has made sense. By the way, there have been several recalls on this car. I'm glad to see that Ford is addressing issues up front, rather than waiting for lawsuits and other issues. I'm still in love with my car, and am glad the minor bugs have been worked out.

Great Service, Helpful Staff

The staff at Garnet Ford was very helpful with servicing my Ford 500. My car had multiple issues, including a drainage problem and a malfunctioning instrument cluster. Both were fixed in a timely fashion, and the friendly staff kept me informed about the process. I will definitely continue to bring my car to Garnet Ford in the future!
