Very accommodating dealership. The salesperson was amazing at communicating details and getting a deal worked out for me even though I was 250 miles away. I would travel that far again to work with this dealership and salesman.

I have been a client at Garnet Ford for 25 years, purchasing a 2002 and 2018 Escape. My car purchases were easy and efficient. I keep my cars for a long time and depend on the service department to keep them running well. I have not been disappointed. I am always greeted cordially when I come and and find the waiting area to be comfortable and accommodating. Thank you, GF.

Dropped my vehicle off to have a Check Engine Light On condition diagnosed and addressed. I was pleased to work again with Service Advisor Jimmy Martin, who is first rate in a crew of top notch Service Advisors at Garnet. James the Tech who eventually worked on my vehicle did an excellent job in his video showing me what turned out to be a broken manifold and a long deceased and decomposed rodent having taken up residence under the manifold. While it turned out to be a pricey repair, James and Jimmy made the overall experience more tolerable.

I recently took my truck into Garnet Ford for multiple warning lights and diagnostic codes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service representative was professional, asked detailed questions, and made sure everything was clearly documented. Throughout the process, I received several updates, which I really appreciated. I also mentioned an issue I was having with my headlights, and they made sure that was addressed as well. In the end, my extended warranty turned out to be a great investment, covering the repairs and saving me a lot of stress. Both the service team and management went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. They even provided me with a loaner truck while mine was being worked on, which made a huge difference. Overall, great service and a smooth experience—I’d definitely recommend them.

I have been using Garnet ford for both my 2012 focus and my 2013 escape, both cars have 100000 miles plus and running great, thanks to service staffs at Garnet!! What else can I say, but what a great service department!!
