Garnet Ford
Dealer has great service and I would recommend them to anyone who has or is planning to buy a Ford. I am not real happy with my 2015 Focus.as it has a poor auto trans. that is not smooth shifting and has already had the clutch replaced,

This car is Incredible
As a new (1 Month) Garnet Ford C-Max customer, I'm really enjoying the experience. This car is so much fun to own. I'm still not believing the fuel cost >None< so far. I've gone 456 miles this month, and I've not yet visited a gas station. I've only used a quarter tank of gas.I plug in at night at only 07.5 kilowatts which is pretty good. The car is as smooth, and quick as could be. Yet, it has a scarily quiet ride.

100K miles without a problem.
Bought a 2010 Focus SEL new. Liked it SO much next year bought a 2011 Focus SEL for wife. The 2010 just turned 100,000 miles without any repairs except tires, brakes & bulbs. Did have to replace a drive shaft on the 2011 at 45k. Constantly get mail from lemon law lawyers about transmission problems. Don't know what they are talking about.

Excellent service experience
Brian did not charge us for a reinspectin of 2 lights that didn't work the 1st time he inspected them. The man who checked us in said there was state required reinspecton fee of $29.99 which got me angry!
