Avoid this dealer. I purchased a used 2017 GMC Seirra 1500 that had a 172 point inspection by ther technicians. They said everything checked out. The day after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a hard shift from 1st to 2nd and a shudder in the Transmission as well as a loud front differential in 4WD. I took the truck into a GMC service center said that the shudder was a known issue with GM 8 speed transmissions and they had a fix for it but it could cost up to $2000 turns out my front differential is also bad and the repairs cost $4000. Managers and my Sales associate from Seiner where no help and would not return my calls. I would expect this kind of treatment at a small shady dealership not a GM Certified Dealer.

Poor service and communication.
Poor service and communication. My car TWS was not reset upon pick up and I had to ask for them to fix when I brought my car back for the follow work. The service team recommended to replace all four TWS gages when only one was out. I felt like they were just trying to find opportunities to charge me.

Used to be a great dealership
Unfortunately the service has gone downhill. You guys used to be so great! Waited 2 and a half hours for a scheduled oil service. For me, this is way too much. - Over booking? When I picked up my keys from the cashiers, they wouldn?t even stop playing on their phones to help me. It took all three of them to check me out and hand me keys. All looked annoyed that they had to put down their phones.- maybe some customer service etiquette courses or phone policies? I hope you guys see this as constructive feedback. Like I said, you guys were amazing before. I have 1 more prepaid service. I won?t be returning after this. Oh and JD in service is rad! Love that guy!

These guys just don't value your time.
I make an appointment for an oil change, but it still takes them 2.5 hours (they quoted me less than 90 mins). When I arrive they act like they don't know I'm coming, even though I know full well they have all my info because I've been getting reminder texts and emails for my appt. They break my air filter while pulling it out and then tell me I really should get it replaced since it's broken. (They're the only ones who have ever touched it!) I get jerked around as a woman here. They make no apologies, they don't wash my car, they just don't value my time. No more. I will literally go anywhere and pay more just to not have to be treated like trash by these guys.

Best service experience ever! J.D. Heno is by far the best Service advisor I ever had the pleasure to work with. He went way above and beyond to help work through the issue I have having. I highly recommend J.D to any others who is looking for someone that cares and give great follow-up afterwards.

Disappointed
The worse, Its been a year and a half waiting to get my car floor mattes which I paid for them when I bought my car from this dealership and the funny thing they told me 4-6 weeks you will get them when I bought the car !
