Unreliable

Salesman Ryan is unreliable. Had to call him several times and left so many massages in a span of over a month to call me back but never called me back. Only called me when I sent him a text that I was coming to the dealership to get the second key and navigation disk. Only then after over a month that he told me that there was no second key. He previously said the second key, vehicle manual, and navigation disk will be mailed to me in a week but I had to keep asking for it for over a month and still no second key and navigation disc. Also, Vehicles I looked at were not clean inside. I Even told Ryan some vehicles had empty beer cans and chips inside.

First car purchase!

Me and my brother have had a really good experience with them thus far. Customer service is great, they answer any questions you have before purchasing a vehicle from them and even afterwards. Have seen the mechanic there a couple of times and he does a good job fixing any issues that may arise (DRL going out or service check) Happy to work with them, reasonable pricing for their cars!!

Poor service, rude employee

Only went there to have a look and I guess Maurice or whatever his name is was rude and did not show me anything. His people skills to me is not that great. If you're a salesperson at least make an effort to know what the customer is looking into or provide information about the cars instead of talking to your coworker about nonsense.

Straight-Forward, Easy, Friendly Service

I found this dealer through the USAA Carbuying service, and dealt with Maurice Skinner. He was outstanding from the time I pulled up to the lot. The car was ready and as advertised, and filling out the paperwork was a pleasant, stress-free experience. Maurice took the time go over all relevant documentation, follow-up processes concerning title, and even continued to show me features of the car after closing the sale when he didn't have to. I bought a 2011 Lincoln MKZ from him, and couldn't be happier!

Ryan was amazing!!!!!

This is by far the best dealership experience I have had. From the moment I set foot on the lot I was able to roam freely and look at cars I was interested in test driving. I decided to try out the X5 and Ryan was friendly and allowed me to test drive it immediately. He did not hassle me or pressure me to buy the car right away. I even left to test drive other cars before coming back and deciding to come back and purchase the car. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure it was up to date on all maintenance before he gave it to me. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and experienced, even Javier the finanace guy who went over my options. I will recommend this dealership to people and keep it in mind for future purchases. The car is beautiful and I love her inside and out!

check the car fax before going

The owner was pretty friendly and cool but the inventory was shady. I would check the car fax before purchasing.

Great Sales Personnel: Maurice Skinner

Bought my car from AMG Motors and it was a smooth process. Maurice Skinner was of great help and made the buying process so easy. They have the best deals on the most recent luxury cars and they provide you all the details you need on deciding on the car you need.

Outstanding, Efficient, and Professiona Svcl!

The AMG staff, specifically my salesman, Ryan was outstanding! Ryan wasn?t overbearing but whenever I had a question he was right there to provide me an answer. He was very professional and courteous and it was all genuine which I liked. The entire process from arriving on the car lot to driving off with a beautiful car lasted about three hours and one of those hours were because Ryan had the car fully detailed, even though it was already in clean. He had the car polished and highly buffed. The car was immaculate! During the paperwork session, I noticed only one key fob. Ryan informed me the other key fob is being delivered to them and he promised that as soon as the other key fob is received, he?ll mail it to me. After a week, when the key hadn?t arrived, I received a surprise call from Ryan updating me on the status of the key fob. He could have easily waited for me to call him, but as a true professional, he elected to call me and gave me status. Three days later he called and informed me the key fob had arrived and that it will be in the mail later today; I received it two days later. That is just a small example of the outstanding and professional service I encountered at AMG Motors. I?m a retired Army Soldier, and I?m always cognizant of how someone conducts business and treat customers. The staff at AMG Motors does an outstanding job interacting with customers. I love that they don?t stay around and breathe down your neck but at the same time, they?re there for you to answer your questions. If I had a relative or close friend looking to purchase a car, I would definitely refer them to AMG Motors and specifically to Ryan. He made my car buying experience a great one!
