Mr Walker

I went to Econo Auto and they were very helpful to me and they let me know what it would take to get a car, and Ali did a follow up call with me and that was very nice. I do plan on buying a car from there very soon and I would recommend Econo Auto to friends and family. Thank you

Ridiculous

I give them 0 stars. They are horrible. I went in to shop for a car that I had seen on the web, but no one helped. When I went into the office they guy was so rude I felt disrespected and left. Big mistake even looking at Econo Auto Sales!

Not a good impression

Came to look at 7803 couldn’t even find it on the lot manager didn’t seem to care where or not I bought anything the two cars I looked st seemed in good condition but a bit over market. The last one I looked at wasn’t even cleaned out

Place is trash, employees aren't helpful

I traded in my vehicle here for something newer... Wish I never came here, the owner lets his employees dictate how he runs the business, the manager Weston is a complete moron who tries to bully customers into paying more than they owe on their payments. Worst dealership in Denver!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best dealer in Colorado for people who need help owning

Best dealer owning your first vehicle .. customer service great.. Leon and Weston great people.. will recommend anyone.. my son own his first car.. payment is great..

Poor service

It is hard to fathom how much people care about their job until you encounter these ones. The lethargy and apathetic nature that they displayed is sickening. Their overall general rudeness makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience. Low quality people beget low quality experiences. Terrible.

Appalled

I have never been treated so poorly right out of the gate In my life ! The man whose name I couldn’t get basically asked me what I wanted when I walked into the door. I told him I was interested in a Land Rover for my son which I saw on the webpage. Had to practically beg to get a key to look at it. My husband asked how we were to drive it being it was boxed in and the man told us we couldn’t drive it. He asked me how I was going to pay and I told him cash. When I told him what I wanted to spend he told me it wasn’t enough and he wouldn’t finance me. We looked at the car and I asked him about some issues with the car and he told me he didn’t know anything about it. I was so appalled at how I was treated that we left.

Bought elsewhere because they ignored me

I had to buy a car some where else because they neglected and ignored my requests for a vehicle I was interested in. Felt disrespected, and judged negatively for being a military family.

Don't waste your time!

This dealer offers NO parking. The staff is abrupt, and demeaning. The dealership requires $3-4k down payment for a 5k car? They have painted on their building $99 down! Bad experience. Seriously stay away. It was awful.

The reason used car lots have a bad name

Rude, impatient, unhelpful. Could have sold me a car but pissed me off instead. Did not want to answer basic questions about the car, ridiculous.
