Unprofessional Staff
Both online and over the phone, I received horrible service. When I called about a vehicle, the sales person was at best disinterested and couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions. I emailed through a link on cars.com about a car that was not priced and received a weeks long onslaught of nasty, completely unprofessional emails from the “sales manager” even after I asked her not to contact me again on multiple occasions. This was the hands down worst experience I’ve ever had.

Bad service over all
Had overall bad service experience. Want my $1,000 dollar down payment back. Im filing with auto industry division to have them investigated and get my money back

Off putting
My husband and I usually ride our motorcycles but we use a vehicle to grab groceries or drive thru food or if it's way too cold. Our car started having some issues and between diagnosing and waiting for more parts I figured buying a second vehicle wasn't a bad idea. We don't need anything super great but don't want a junker either. I preformed a search on their site to see what they may have in an SUV for aroundish 2000/2500; within a couple days I received an email stating the vehicle I was originally interested in for 2000ish didn't have a motor. Hmm.. okay. No problem, "mechanic special". However, the rest of the email felt almost belittling. I was told that no vehicle in that price range would be worth it and that "good isn't cheap. And cheap isn't good." ...Thank you for man-splaining that theory and apparent personal business practice... Though it seems that neither cheap or expensive is good when doing business with this business.

Great new store manager!
Easy process. The manager Kenya was friendly and very accommodating. Showed me good cars with no dashboard lights, ran great, found the one I wanted and they threw in anew battery for free. whole process took 2 days. Fair and honest dealer.

Honest straight dealer, showed me dependle vehicles, easy...
Honest straight dealer, showed me dependle vehicles, easy process. New manager Kenya much nicer than the old one. Gave me new battery and detail. No issues with taking to my mechanic. Made a very stressful process almost enjoyable. glad with purchase!

Don’t go it a scam they don’t care about you
This place is a complete scam I went there with my cousin so she can get a car I point out thing that was wrong and he said he drop the price 2 k for it and he said they was going to flush the rusty water out of it and put new in and after at least a full day sitting there they didn’t to it and told she would have a 30 grace period which he chanced before printing it out and was calling me crazy and gave her the paperwork to buy it with out test driving it first and didn’t tell her what she was filling out till I ask I Amit I wasn’t kind but I wasn’t mean and I called him when it was freezing since this was the only time I could see the car again since I when to the place since I was working it still had water in it I did call and I did cuss about how they should do basic maintenance to the cars before they leave the lot I didn’t yell tho he hang up on me I would never buy a vehicle here and he acts kind and after the deal he shows his true colors but don’t trust the high reviews they probably got a higher price car so they keep up the show longer so they didn’t get the true experience or they never change it because they give a free 10$ Starbucks card for good reviews I been fu xx by people like this before I don’t want anyone else to be either so be careful with these people and I will never be back to this place for 2 reasons

Rude salesman
I saw some cars on their website I was interested in. I called to get some details. The salesman I talked to was very rude and I think was trying to scam.me. Needless to say I won't do business with them

Terrible place to get a car
We went to this place to look for a car for my daughter. Not only were the cars so tightly next to each other, it was very dirty. When I asked the salesman for a car fax, he advised that they do not do those. We would have to get it ourselves. We immediately left that place. We found a car but somewhere else.

Rude Service
I called about a car and they don’t want to talk to their customers they will call you when the car they advertised comes in. They don’t explain anything and don’t want to sell cars. Avoid avoid avoid. I’ll never do business with these guys.
