2017 E300
Had a WONDERFUL sales person Terry Parrett. That's really where the wonderful stops. Went on Black Friday, I had pretty much discussed my options with my sales rep so we both knew what I was going for.. Showroom was loud and did not come across as a professional place of business. It took 7 hours and at the end, my car was still dirty with the label marks from stickers on my console!!!! Was bounced from desk to desk to review sales. Terry did order a pizza, when we said we were starving. Made an appointment for Monday to come back and have them show me the new features and have the car detailed. After confirmation in the morning, got an email 30 minutes prior to my appointment, that there were only two reps to go over the instructions, and they were busy with new buyers, and I would have to wait!! Did make an appointment for Tuesday morning and the new car specialist Carlos was great. However no one to detail my car! This is my first Mercedes so I hope it was only a bad start! My husband and I are use to buying new cars every 3 years so, auto dealers are not new to us. However, this dealer has a lot of fixing to do. I guess it can only get better. I hope!!!!

Great service experience!
As can be imagined most people don't look forward to taking their car in for service. It helps when you arrive at your scheduled appointment time and the service department is ready for you! The service department at MB of Pembroke Pines gets you in and out performing the required service as promised. My service advisor was courteous, professional and very helpful. I could not be more satisfied!

service has room for improvement - cars should be washed regardless also cars should not be stacked in drive thru area - Chris does his job well - i have no complaints and the girls that take your car are very nice as well

Good follow up
Just bought an S550 one week ago. Had some issues at first and could not get anyone to answer my calls and E Mails. Then I brought the car in and was treated royally. All my questions were answered in a most professional manner. I felt I got a good value. The dealership is smaller than others but they had exactly what I wanted. Overall very very good.

My service Advisor, Mr. Jeff Rodriguez was courteous and thorough and very mindful of my time. He was punctual in the delivery of my vehicle and saw to it that I would receive my car at the agreed upon time. Moreover, Jeff took the time to explain my service plan, I truly appreciate that.
