Global imports BMW and it's associates continue to set an example of how a dealership should be run. I had the pleasure of having Scott Jackson as my service associate at my most recent visit. They were accommodating , knowledgeable, and kind. They truly helped make my experience there great. The service team was able to fix my vehicle while not just throwing parts at it. They were able to identify the real problem and provide a solution to it. The parts they DO provide are OEM, and good quality. On top of this: They have been absolutely great about honoring any warranty concerns I have. I continue to enjoy the comfortable waiting area , full restaurant, and free wifi every time I visit, as well.
