I go back to Global BMW each time for a good reason- they respect me as a customer by providing the most highest level of sales and service. This 7th trip was for recall service on my 2022 BMW i4. On my own volition, whie service was in process, I made a purposeful trip upstairs to see about a trade in. I was out the door in a new 2025 BMW i4 within three hours- extremely satisfied with their willingness to work a deal to my advantage

It took me 2 weeks to get the information I needed to
It took me 2 weeks to get the information I needed to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Being out of state made it very difficult but I couldn't get anyone to call me back. When I finally was able to get someone and agreed on a price, they sent me the paperwork to sign. Signed everything, sent back and they sent me the car. I am still waiting on final paperwork so I can get car registered. I've had for almost a week but can't drive without registering. No one called me so I called to find out what the status was. Still waiting on answers.
