Germain Honda of Dublin

I came in for an oil change on my Honda, which I normally have done elsewhere. So, I didn't know what to expect other than higher prices and average service. I left feeling my time and money was worth every penny. Not only did Mr. Kevin Withers honor my oil change coupon, he was professional and courteous. I really felt like he cared about my experience. Kevin provided excellent service by being attentive to my needs and he did it with a great attitude!

I purchased a honda civic from Germain Honda through Chris,it was an absolutely hassle free experience,Chris made sure that the entire process went smooth,one point that has to be highlighted is that he emphasized that its important that the customer is happy and is completely satisfied while making a purchase and he stuck with it,also not just during the purchase his followups after the purchase just to make sure that there is not a problem,has to be appreciated.overall Chris made the dealership nice and good ,one that i could happily recommend to my friends.

I knew exactly what car I wanted to drive off the lot when I got there. The purchase process was a bit nerve-wracking as it was my biggest purchase to date. I was made to feel comfortable and they worked with me on payment prices and so on. I was able to purchase and drive my dream car home the next day. Rod D. Smith is a spectacular salesman. Aside from the great experience with him, the separate financial associate really made me feel too pressured about buying the warranty.

This is my third car from Germain. Purchase through service have been great. My money is important to me, I really love the Honda line of cars and their service.

He listens to what you want and makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase. There has never been any high pressure sales tactics, or trying to talk me into more car than I went in to buy. He executes a fair deal without all the haggling and game playing I have experienced with car salesmen prior to Chris. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. Three years ago, I leased an accord through Chris. I am glad that I went back to him last month. He is such a nice guy to work with and he is very attentive. Finally, I bought two cars from him. After the purchases, he called me couple times to follow-up. I definitely will go back to him (to Germain Honda) if I want to buy a car in the future.

Best experience at a car dealer. Treated us very well. I even totally changed to a different car. Everyone was great. The most stress free car buying ever. Chris Glover was patient and informative and pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone buying a Honda.
