As the only Volvo dealer inside the perimeter we have been providing our customers in metro Atlanta and all over the United States with an outstanding sales and service experience ever since. RUN RUN far away from this dealership.

RUN RUN far away from this dealership. This dealership is the reason car dealers have the reputation they do. Perfect example!! They bait and switch and hide fees with the best. They will lure you to the dealership with a 'Too good to be true' deal and then give you these ridiculous numbers telling you 'It's the best they can do' or they will insult you and say 'they are losing money on this deal to make the sale'. No dealer or salesperson has EVER lost money on a deal to "just" sale a car. Here's a great example of the fees. The add I was looking at was a xc60 listed at $359 plus sales tax (@ 7% tax for me) should be around $384 at 36 months. But I was brought back a deal of $535 per month and $4000 down. And I asked why so much of difference from the add? I was told its the dealer fees that Volvo charges the dealership which in turn charges the customer. So you are going to be charged $5436 dealer fees over the life of the lease and $4000 down. I didn't make it to the residual cost after the 36 months but the on-line suggested for this model is $29000 to $33000. Then as for them buying my vehicle. They blew so much smoke about me getting close to what I was wanting out of my trade/car. And you'd think they would really work hard to do so or just get close to price I was looking for. Not even close. So, my suggestion would be to RUN RUN far away from this dealership.

It was an all around odd experience.

It was an all around odd experience. I first contacted them regarding extension of a car warranty for a Volvo I was going to buy via private party. I said that repeatedly and they kept trying to sell me another car. After the 5th time I told them I wasn’t interested they told me extension of warranty would be $10k. Obviously that is inaccurate. Roll around to a month or so later and I contact them again for a car they have on lot that I am interested in buying and it turns into a bizarre sales person standoff. The previous person I spoke to was adamant that I was his client (even though I wasn’t) and so the person I was working with for the car on lot was unsure if he could answer my questions. Eventually they worked it out after I told them again- I only inquired about car warranty extension. This sales person and I come to an agreement on my trade in and new car price. I come for test drive and the car is messassed up. It’s clear the car had damage done to it and the paint job was awful. Parts of the interior door were duct taped! The panoramic sunroof makes a horrid sound and they ensure it’s covered by the warranty-but who cares? I’m not buying a car that already has issues ON THE LOT. So, we walk around trying to find another car because I make it clear that I came to buy a car that day, whether from them or Volvo Marietta. The sales person keeps trying to get me to buy the messed up one and I tell him no relatedly. I find another car and tell him that if he can meet me in the middle of the previous car and the new one we will have a deal. That turns into way more talk then it should but after more talking (whhyyy????) the sales manager comes out and tells me we have a deal. So, basically, what should have taken 1 hour turned into 5. I have bought Audi and Acura before and never have I had such a wacky experience. I would recommend because Andre, the sales person, was hilarious and jovial. Just ask for him.
