I bought not one, but two trucks from this place. The deal i got was crappy. The price they took off each truck is what they would have taken off had i purchased one truck. All throughout the deal i asked for a carfax on both trucks. They cleverly stalled. After i signed the deal they said i could go onto the website and look over something similar to carfax. I found out one of the trucks had frame damage. They NEVER disclosed this during the deal! I was furious! They hid this info deliberately so i didn't have any bargaining chips to get a better deal. The dealer said it had a plow on the truck and it had to be labeled as frame damage. I insisted they put the truck on the lift. I looked through that truck front to back. No plow marks. But in looking at the truck i discovered a leaking seal. So much for their 21 point vehicle check. Hogwash! If i hadn't inspected the truck myself, it would have never been discovered. I took one of the trucks home. A few days later i noticed a large crack on the rear tail light lenses. I brought the truck in. The owner and tech both said someone bumped into me. I told them the truck never left my driveway. They said they have pictures to prove it. This is where they inflicted self giult. The owner punched up a picture of the truck on his computer. I told him to zoom in. He kinda did it real fast. I said to hold the zoom. He didn't. Then he gave me the mouse pointer and i zoomed all the way in and showed them the crack and then went one step further and mentioned the NYS inspection regulation. Needless to say, they looked at each other and the owner replaced my lense. What i should have done was to cancel both deals and go somewhere else. But they had the variety of truck i needed. I will say this: TRUST BUT VERIFY. Thay have dishonest and shady sales tactics. I as a consumer will never buy a truck from them again!

i put a "good faith" deposit down on a truck that they talked me into doing by telling me there was multiple people interested in truck and how fast trucks move there. later that day i found a different dealership with a better deal. i called them first thing in the morning and said i was no longer interested in there truck. they then went ahead and ran my credit and got me approved for there truck. after i told them i was no longer interested. the day after that i went to the dealership and they told me that my deposit is now non refundable. they literally robbed me. very poor business. very poor people. buyer beware

absolute terrible business. they robbed me blind out of a "good faith" deposit. wouldn't give them 1 star. buyers beware. these are not the type of people you want to deal with. straight garage

They sell title washed vehicles ! Beware! They do not return calls . And Everytime I have called they would just say they are looking into it and never call back! Rip off
