Car broke down out of state.

Car broke down out of state. Car towed to MB of N Haven. Despite being very busy in their service department, they finished the work on time and kept me informed daily. They were excellent to deal with, and did a great job!

Above and Beyond!!

I came to Mercedes-Benz of North Haven for a very specific Infiniti Q50. Mr. Don Shephard was appointed to me as my sales rep.We we went for my test drive…I was extremely transparent with Don and explained all things leading up to that moment. Good, bad , indifferent. Straight shooter as I called him, he returned the favor! Coming from previous experience in the business I knew what my deal could be possible, but didn’t know if the team would want to invest the time in off-brand car. Needless to to say, the finance guru… Danny and Don worked my deal relentlessly for days and didn’t give up on me! At no point did I feel that my treatment differed due to it being an off brand car. When I went to pick up my new car, they made me feel like they were genuinely happy for me. This dynamic duo was amazing and I would recommend this dealership without pause!!! Thanks again for everything D & D !!!!

Very pleased with the on time of the your service.

Very pleased with the on time of the your service. Also, in a short period of time I was gone with a loaner. By text, I was informed as to when to pick up my vehicle ,as well as what was being done to my car. When I picked up my car, your excellent service was repeated. It took minutes to see the cashier and wait for my car , Your staff made me appreciate your customer service, staffed by very good employees.

Mercedes costumers deserves better service after spending

Mercedes costumers deserves better service after spending close to $100,000 for a car . Mercedes-Benz of North Haven it's a luxury looking ,,Banana Republic '' I definitely not recommend to spend money there!!They do not deserve any penny. . They not taking responsibility during the service, they only making photos when you drop off your car , but they can't show you any photos or videos when you pick up the car . Unfortunately, who can check the videos is not in ,she or he's on vacation!! Please be careful and don't trust them!!!!

Do NOt Buy from here

Purchased a Certified PreOwned vehicle from this dealership. Less than 48 hours later it was returned due to a leaking fuel injector! Service Appointment setter was rude! Original sale manager was a crook! I demanded to return the vehicle and they refused although per state law I have 14 days to return. Resolving with a professional, but stay clear of this dealership!!!
