Brett is the best.

Brett is the best. This is my second time leasing from him at motion Kia and he has always been completely honest, fun to talk to, helpful, and there’s never any sense of pressure. I’ve really enjoyed my experience both times- which you wouldn’t expect to say about a car dealership, but they are good people. Brett is a solid dude and an excellent choice if you’re looking for an affordable, quality vehicle. Thank you Brett!!

Brett was an amazing salesman who I was very comfortable

Brett was an amazing salesman who I was very comfortable working with… he did not force me into anything I did not want in fact he got me exactly the car I wanted!! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!

Crystal was very pleasant and knowledgable.

Crystal was very pleasant and knowledgable. She kept me updated and answered my questions. She is a great person to have greeting and working with customers. Eric worked on my car and listened and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns regarding the loud wind noise coming through my driver window. He has a plan to try to fix the problem. Both employees are great assets to your dealership.

The dealership tells me they’ll contact me to make appts

The dealership tells me they’ll contact me to make appts for recalls and services yet I have to constantly reach out for status of recalls and to schedule appointments. There are probably 1-2 employees that are friendly, everyone else I speak to, do not exemplify good customer service.

Always quick check in.

Always quick check in. Work is almost always done quickly. No real complaints. I just recommend for your basic maintenance you book early as spots fill up quickly.

Straight shooters that understood the customer and made

Straight shooters that understood the customer and made an offer he couldn’t refuse. I buy a car every few years now for work, would love to work with these guys again.
