Dropping off my vehicle for a service appointment was

Dropping off my vehicle for a service appointment was easy and relatively quick. When asked if I needed a ride they provided a Lyft rideshare that took me home (ride was paid for). The free ride was a nice surprise.

False advertising is alive and well at courtesy!

False Advertising Ram should be the name of this dealership. They list a vehicle at $55,173, but don’t say a word in the AD that there is an additional $16,000 in add ons. Stock number CCJ230755 is $72,000, why be a deceptive car dealership?

Bought a used Toyota Tundra on April 13th of this year.

Bought a used Toyota Tundra on April 13th of this year. They said we had to get the $3,000 extended warranty if we wanted to finance the car, and that we could cancel the warranty within 90 days. We called to cancel it 60 days later, but the warranty people said we had to contact the dealer. We called the dealer and they said we had to come in. We went in and filled out the paperwork, and 2 months later still no refund. We went back and they said it was sent in, it just had not been processed yet. Now in mid Sept and still no refund. Went to dealership and they said they will have to call the main inance office. They were nice about it, but this is ridiculous.

This is an UPDATE to my review from July 9, 2023: The General Manager, Lindsey Biswas, called me today to apologize for the way this deal transpired and accepted full responsibility for the breakdown in the sale process. She was very courteous, and having only been in her position for a month, assured me that the processes at this dealership will change as soon as possible. She indicated she did not receive my voicemails and attributed it to employees attempting to shield her from unhappy customers. She is committed to resolving this issue as well. She will overnight a new tag to me and extended her sincerity for me to follow-up if an issue should arise. I greatly appreciate her contacting me and resolving this matter.

Stay away from this Deceptive Dealership, went in to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on a Wednesday was told I was approved to come in the next day to take delivery on it and to find out “Nothing regarding the paperwork for financing was done, just lying back and work, the day before I stated, no spotting cars with me, I was guaranteed that would not happen, and that was exactly what was happening the day of delivery, just lies and back stepping period, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PERIOD!!!!!!
