Great customer service and amazing explanation of vehicle and contractual details. I walked away knowing that the decision I made was a good one. I love the new Jeep Grand Cherokee that I leased, Donny was extremely helpful in answering all my questions concerning the new technological aspects of the vehicle. I would recommend anyone at the dealership to help but Donny was exceptional, very organized and detailed. Boought a great used minivan from salesman Ryan Hosko. He was very helpful and honest. I looked at so many cars that when I finally chose the one I purchased, I forgot to try to get a little lower price... But, Ryan had already discounted it all he could without me asking. Even more, he had the car checked out in the garage prior to me taking delivery and found it needed tires and brakes - which he had fixed for free! There were many times the dealership could have taken advantage of things, but never did. Great experience. I will buy all my cars from them in the future.

My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing our new Chrysler Town&Country at Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep. The salesmen - Jeff Porte and his Manager Jerry Dowe - were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. The sales team did everything possible to get benefit of available rebats. Their level of professionalism was unmatched at other dealerships that we had visited in our area.

- Sales Representative is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and very professional (Excellent); - Information desk isn't very helpful; - Showroom is small and with no many options, just sold me the vehicle because I wasn't looking for anything in particular. I was just needing a regular vehicle, with no many options, and common color.
