Tim Franklin and the service department did a very good

Tim Franklin and the service department did a very good job working with Chrysler to repair my transmission issue when my warranty was expired by 3 months . that was very much appreciated.

This was my wife's first service experience at Jim

This was my wife's first service experience at Jim Riehl's in Warren and she was very pleased with the service experience. Everything was completed within 1/2 hour. My wife said Judy explained the entire process and made her feel comfortable with her professionalism.

Had an appointment and when I showed up salesman told me

Brakes were replaced quickly.

Brakes were replaced quickly. Everything looks good, and they even washed my car! I've been coming here over the years and they have consistently been pleasant and competent.
