I’ve been coming to Jim Riehl, for a few years now for all my service needs on my Jeep. They’ve always been professional, excellent work and they never try to “upsell” you parts or service unless absolutely necessary!

The customer service and specially Julie is the best I have ever experienced in any dealer ships.

I stopped in for oil change and service people found a problem with the drive train. They could fix it if I could leave the vehicle. With no way to get home, they provided a shuttle which took me home and picked me up the next day. All was fixed and under warranty. No cost to me!

Went in for oil change without an appointment day after thanksgiving, so service was short staffed and i did have to wait 2 1/2 hours, but the service guy was very nice and did explain what was going on. I didn't mind waiting and my jeep was done in the amount of time he said it would be. That is the only time i have ever had to wait that long, so i blame the holiday and myself for not making an appointment sooner.

My car was taken in promptly, the service write was waiting for me as I pulled up. He also suggested some recommended items such as a cabin air filter and wipers

Brought my 08 Jeep in for service Heat not working and the car keeps cranking and no start. Flushed system new thermostat and anti freeze and the car will bake you. The starting issue was a key fob issue not communicating correctly to the car works great now. Well with all the BS going on it was worth it to fix the car. Excellent service done very quickly at a reasonable rate.
