My salesmen was a great guy, easy to talk to.. Absolutely no pressure at all, let me look without being bothered or "watched" like big dealerships.. Was honest about every car. Let me test drive with no questions asked "other then may I test drive this" lol I bought my Chevy Malibu with the biggest smile on my face and I had a huge weight lifted off my shoulder. Great place this was for sure.

I got to test driver several cars over a few days. No problem. Ended up buying a car no money down and an interest rate under 4%.

If you expect a big roomy showroom, you'll be disappointed. If your looking for a good vehicle at a good price with excellent service, this is the place for you. I bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta from Bergen Sales, and they stand behind their products, going above and beyond what they are legally bound to do for you. There was a minor glitch with my car, which they fixed free of charge. It runs beautifully now. I wish I had known about this place about 12 years ago!

Everyone I met was extremely courteous and genuinely friendly. Steven, my salesperson, was not pushy, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was so impressed with him and his associates and with the quality and price of the truck I bought that I returned there this week and purchased a car for my wife. I would absolutely recommend Bergen Sales to any family or friends that might be looking for a car.

i bought a 2002 Lincoln town car. car need a few miner repairs witch they took care of before i picked it up. very happy with car had it about a week no problems. would buy from again.

I wouldn't make any changes. Not only were the staff friendly and honest but this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. Bergen Sales is really there for the customer.

I bought my car from Bergen Auto Sales in February and had a great experience. Everyone I worked with was extremely accommodating, informative, and easy to work with. They were able to answer all my questions without pressuring me into making any quick purchasing decisions. Since I bought the car with Ryan, I have gone back twice for regular maintenance (oil changes, tire changes, etc). Both times, everything went smoothly. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to anyone!

I filled out the form for info on a car I spotted on cars.com and was really surprised to get a call later that day! They answered all of my questions with friendly service, unfortunately by the time I could get down there later in the week, it had already sold- it was a great deal lol!

I have always dealt with Ryan LIst at Bergen Sales and he always manages to set me up with a reliable vehicle in my price range. Recently scored MY second car from him, plus we snagged two more for the family in past years. And they insist on giving every car a "last look" before it leaves the lot to make sure that everything is as they said it was. Buying a replacement car can be an angst ridden experience for most of us. Bergen Sales and Ryan have always left me feeling treated fairly and angst free. Make them your last stop before you buy from someone you don't know.
