John Le is Rude and argumentative.
John Le is Rude and argumentative. Made me feel bad for asking about a coupon Honda sent me.I called Honda to verify the coupon and was told it was okay. After JOHN Le argued with me and made it a big deal he told me 'it's only 20 dollars man' insinuating I can't afford 20 dollars I have always come here and love the service but this is the first time I felt so disrespected. He didn’t tell me the wait time and forgot about us. We had to go look for him and another agent helped us after. If JOHN LE doesn’t like his job he should find a new one.
