Let’s be real, car shopping is stressful. We actually came from a sister dealership where the experience was… not it. We felt overwhelmed, under-supported, and honestly a little discouraged. But then we called this location and Joe answered. From that very first call, everything shifted. Joe, the store manager, was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He told us to come in, and once we arrived, he took care of us like we were longtime customers. No pressure, no xx — just good vibes and real support. He made sure we were in great hands every step of the way. Joe passed us off to Alex, who helped us through the paperwork process like an absolute pro. Calm, organized, and kind — exactly who you want when your brain is already in decision overload. And then came Bashar in finance. Bashar said “no pressure,” and technically… that was true 😏 But he definitely knew how to apply the right kind of persuasive charm. It never felt pushy — just smooth, confident guidance that helped us land on the best deal possible. He made the numbers work and made us laugh, which is saying a lot when you’re staring at a finance screen. We drove off in a beautiful new car with peace of mind and zero regrets. Even though I live out of the way, I’ll be coming back here for maintenance — that’s how much I trust and appreciate this team.
