Free mochachino coffee. Comfortable waiting room seats. They sent me a video text of suggested repairs, but didn't say a word to pressure me into the repairs.

They were just great, I had questions, they were answered. Everyone had an amazing attitude. Exceptional customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! I worked with Cesar he truly was great at his job?

Scammy service department.

Scammy service department. Before going in, I replaced the cabin air filter with a new one. I asked for $45 oil change and $25 inspection/ tire filling/ tire rotation. The inspection report arrived and the top item was recommending I pay them $50 to change the cabin air filter. I asked them to explain, since I knew I had already replaced it. They didn?t have a photo, and they said they recommended it based on mileage, which doesn?t make any sense for an air filter. That was red flag #1 - misrepresenting something that is so easily verifiable. The next morning I?m driving and the check tire pressure light turns on. I pull into a gas station and my tire is at 26 PSI (vs 32 PSI), even though I paid them to rotate and fill the tires. What else did they try to scam me on, and what will they scam you on?

I went to there only for oil change today, but the

I went to there only for oil change today, but the service advisor, Phi Vo, was so much care of my car and recommended to be replaced battery ASAP. And I did because I had experienced my car was stopped with battery. Thanks a lot!!

I do not yet know the quality of the repairs. The service took awhile so get comfortable. The waiting area for the dealership is kind of old and dated. The chairs are bunched close together. The outside area leaves a lot to be desired. The text system they use is a bit cold; it lacks human interaction.

I went in for a $0 multi-point inspection (covered by

I went in for a $0 multi-point inspection (covered by warranty) and asked if I could get a quote on having the front cover of my side mirror replaced. After getting my inspection back, I was given a quote of $85. The part was $45 from the main Toyota site, and it was not a major service - pop off front cover, pop back on (based on instruction manual) - so it made sense to be total cost. Reasonable for convenience. I walked out being charged $85 for the part and a tad over $200 for 30 minutes of labor; that was how much time it took from the point of the quote/ asking if I wanted the replacement done (6:45) to calling my friend (7:10) as soon as getting in my car. At the time of checkout, all people except two associates were gone, so I knew I would not be able to recover the loss by asking to pop it off. But who knows - they?d probably charge another $200 for that.

Eric was my service manager.

Eric was my service manager. He was friendly and professional. The service guys had my car oil change and tire rotation done and under an hour.
