Dave in service was so nice to work with. Service phone call said it was 2 week wait but when we explained our issue, they got us in right away. Our Buick is under warranty and provided a rental car as it would take an overnight visit. We were shuttled to the car rental, so our service call was quite a good experience.

I asked to replace tire monitors while doing service and they never did was disappointed. Also they didn't do wheel alignment right after they completed the work had to wait for another hour to complete..

As always, the service people were awesome. they took care of my problem and kept me informed of the progress and what was needed to be done. Did it in the time they said it would take. Actually it took a few hours less than they anticipated. Got me a ride home, as I had to leave the vehicle, as I didn't have an appointment, because it was an emergency that developed on the highway. Thanks guys (and Girls) for taking such GREAT care of me and my vehicle, as always!

My experience was lengthy due to electrical issues. Mark Turner, service writer, was very kind and genuinely concerned for our inconvenience of being without our truck. Mark is a real professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed regularly. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a very nice lounge. We we were greeted by friendly employees as we arrived and looked around the sales floor.
