Honestly hate new car buying.

Honestly hate new car buying. The length of time it takes is typically ridiculous. The team at Earnhardt GMC made it as frictionless as possible. They were responsive from the start and able to put much of the time consuming activities in motion before we arrived. Also, we LOVE our new truck.

Mark amd the dealership are outstanding.

Mark amd the dealership are outstanding. Gmc not so much. Put 40 weight oil in to cover up am engine issue. Depreciation, plus engine performance. Sucks especially considering the price.

Mark was amazing in helping me get in and out so quick

Mark was amazing in helping me get in and out so quick because I had an airbag recall on my vehicle and trying to juggle taking care of my 10 month son I didn’t have to find a ride home and back. He was so sweet and understanding it origally was going to be an all day wait and he was able to get me in and out within 30-40 min instead. I appreciate you very much Mark!
