engine light

this was a 2nd repair on an engine light. They pursued the cause and now HOEFuLLY will have solved it. very courteous and provided transportation.

Generally a good experience.

I didn't care for the fact that I had to rent a car when you were working on mine. I would have preferred to use a loaner car.

Our Earnhart Family

Jeremy continues to treat us (and most of all, our Buick) wonderfully and like we are the only customer. We will continue to be faithful customers. We have introduced our newly "transplanted" father to Earnhard. He is very satisfied with the service too. Thank you very much.

Good service but not excellent

My original appointment was delayed by three days at the dealer's request. It worked out okay but it had not been my original plan. And, I had an oil leak that was the result of a defective oil filter that had been installed by Earnhardt. Also, I have an intermittent issue that they were not able to replicate--not their fault but frustrating all the same.

Earnhardt is Tops.

It was easy and quick using the phone, the net, and email. The survey about my wishes, and the credit pre-qualification are good ideas, too. Mr Rios and all the staff are very alert, helpful, well-informed, and pro-active. They even helped me with the Enterprise rental return. The Buick has a great smooth ride, and very quiet.

Very Happy Customer

I'm very happy with my buying experience. The salesperson Roger Welin was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at, polite, helped me through the process and I feel he was genuine and sincere. He made my car buying experience easy and actually fun! I would highly recommend him and Buick GMC by Superstition Springs Mall.

Great Sales People and Financing

I was with someone who went to buy a car but I spotted the Buick Encore in the showroom, and the more I looked at it, the more I wanted one. The sales people were very helpful and Rip did an excellent job getting me financing that made my purchase affordable especially because I traded in a car that I only had 1-1/2 years and owed a considerable amount of money on it.

Great Service Advisor - Jermey Corrie

As always, Jeremy Corrie was great! Called me when my car was ready for pick-up! Was happy that the work needed was covered under the warranty that I purchased from Earnhardt last summer.

Great service / great personal

Everything was excellant. Car was ready when promised. Only thing missing was the wash job which I get in Ca but do not know if I get that here. But I am still happy with the service I did receive

Thoughtful and courteous staff.

I am always extremely satisfied with the Service Dept. at Earnhardt. The staff always listens to my concerns and does the job to my satisfaction. Sometimes it might take a bit of time but it is well worth the wait and the lounge is very accommodating. Thanks so much for offering a completely satisfying experience. I have a lot of confidence in my Chevy Cruze because it gets the attention it needs. Thanks for your help. At my age it means alot.
