AWSOME EXPERENCE

Amanda has just returned to Nesmith after about a 7 year leave time. She worked so hard to get the beat deal she could get. I was looking for a used vehicle, and wound up driving away in a brand new Silverado thank to Amanda. But all the staff rallied around her to help . If anyone is considering a new or used vehicle it would be worth your time to go to NESMITH CHEVROLET.

Lack of Service

Called and requested pricing from Steve in sales and for 8 days he promised me a price, cash price, no trade, the most simple calcuation to make and never got the price. Forwarded my last request to both "sales managers" still no reply.

I am disappointed that we did not display the aspects that has kept our dealership in business for over 41 years. We would love nothing more than to restore your confidence in Nesmith Chevrolet. Can't even get a return call from SALES!

For 8 days I have been trying to get a price on an adertised vehicle. Steve in sales has promised via voicemail and e-mail for 8 days and still nothing. Forwarded my last request to both "sales manages" still nothing. Evidently, they don't need or want your business.

Working with NeSmith Chevrolet Claxton to find a new truck was a very pleasurable and hassle-free experience. They were very professional and helpful. Matt Blocker is an excellent salesman. He was extremely helpful and committed to finding exactly the truck I wanted. He stayed after hours at the dealership to accommodate my schedule and was very helpful with getting me acclimated to my new trucks features. Anyone looking to purchase a new GM vehicle should definitely contact Matt. I highly recommend him.

Best Experience at a Car Dealership Ever!

Excellent service - they treated us like family. Tommy Waters, our sales representative, was friendly, personable and upfront about everything. We knew he wanted our business but we never felt pressured or anxious about anything. They made it clear that they are interested in making our experience so good that we will want to come back and do business with them. Mission accomplished! Even though we live almost 2 hours away from Claxton, we will definitely make the drive back to visit Demere, Tommy, Paul and the rest of the Nesmith family the next time we are looking for a car. It is WELL worth the drive!! Thanks, guys, for a great experience and a great car!

Always prompt and polite service. Salesman was so helpful I bought a second car from him, Rob always helps me learning the new gadgets and usually does them for me. The service dept. is the best.
